Yes I am a few days late in saying it but Happy New Year and thank you to followers of this blog – both the ones who have been doing so for a while and so many new ones who have just started in the past couple of weeks. I have scads of books piled up and reading as fast as I can between other holiday activities! I know I am looking forward to bringing you as many reviews of picture books, younger reader novels and YA fiction – plus the odd adult talking books as usual and others that I am sure will interest readers. At the moment, as well as review books, I am halfway through Burial Rites – Hannah Kent (a signed copy even!) and really loving this wonderful debut factional book.
