I make no secret of how much I🧡 Emma Memma’s work – she was a fabulous Wiggle, even though we were long past Wiggle stage – but has continued to go from strength to strength with her outstanding contribution to both kids lit, children’s imaginations and, of course, her long-standing support, academic qualifications and continued advocacy for the deaf/hearing impaired community particularly children.

This new board book is one of three board books available including Twirly Tuesday which I reviewed last year and absolutely perfect for your smallest of Smalls. Simple, with engaging illustrations by Amy Josephine Wright and, what I love most, large regular flaps that are easy for even tiny, chubby fingers to lift up to reveal an assortment of favourite jungle animals.

Emma makes everyone smile – or, if they don’t smile, they must be the most hard-hearted curmudgeons in the country! – and this will definitely make your babies and toddlers both smile and giggle with delight.
