Oh these books from Jayden and Tyrown are just adorable as well as being such excellent cultural learning resources. And this one is especially cute being pitched at a slightly older audience ready for a longer book.

This one covers a wide vocabulary of Noongar words for for people/family and animals, plants and animals and abstract concepts such as emotions along with basics like colours and numbers as well as clothing, some basic greetings/speech, time (seasons as well as times of day), body parts, actions, and aspects of geography/Country.

I love it! and it would be such fun to teach the jarjums some words in another language than their own as well as comparing any similarities between languages and dialects. The illustrations from Tyrown are as cute and fun as the rest of the books from this pair of talents and all in all, it’s easily a 5 🪃🪃🪃🪃🪃rating again. I can’t wait to see even more from these two creators.
